Beads Empire proudly ships to customers in most countries around the world.

Please Note: We do not ship to India or Israel. Orders with shipping addresses in these countries cannot be processed and will be cancelled with a full refund, if applicable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

  • Pakistan: 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

Although we work with trusted shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments). Include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the damaged package and products.
